5. Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance programs may be customized according to equipment type, quantity, location, usage, service frequency, and scope of work.
Preventative maintenance is intended to identify and address maintenance requirements and potential issues. However, preventative maintenance cannot guarantee that equipment will not experience future breakdowns or failures.
Parts, repairs, and additional work identified during maintenance may be recommended separately and may be subject to additional charges.
6. Equipment Service and Repair
Equipment repairs may involve mechanical, electrical, electronic, fuel, propane, hydraulic, battery, or other components depending on the equipment.
Pivotal Link will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair equipment based on the information available and the condition of the equipment at the time of service.
Older, damaged, heavily worn, modified, neglected, or previously repaired equipment may require additional work or parts.
Where a repair cannot reasonably be completed during the initial service visit, additional scheduling, parts, labour, or service may be required.
7. Equipment Rentals
Equipment rental availability, rates, rental periods, deposits, delivery, pickup, trailing, cleaning, damage, and other applicable charges may vary by equipment and rental agreement.
Advertised rental prices, including “starting at” pricing, represent the lowest applicable advertised rate and do not necessarily apply to every piece of rental equipment.
The applicable rental agreement and/or rental estimate governs the specific rental transaction.
Customers are responsible for using rental equipment appropriately and in accordance with applicable operating instructions and safety requirements.
8. Equipment and Parts Sales
Equipment and parts may be offered as new, refurbished, used, or otherwise specified.
Availability and pricing are subject to change.
Specific manufacturer warranties, supplier warranties, Pivotal Link warranties, or other applicable warranty terms may apply to particular products.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, the manufacturer's warranty terms may govern the applicable warranty claim.

9. Commercial Building & Handyman Services

10. Customer Responsibilities

If a site or equipment condition is considered unsafe, Pivotal Link may decline, postpone, or stop work until the condition can be appropriately addressed.

Pivotal Link takes workplace and equipment safety seriously.
Customers must not request or require our personnel to perform work that would reasonably present an unsafe condition.
Where applicable, customers must identify known hazards, hazardous materials, propane/fuel concerns, electrical hazards, restricted areas, or other conditions relevant to the requested work.
Pivotal Link reserves the right to stop work where conditions are considered unsafe.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are starting prices or general pricing information only.
